Refund Policy

Overview

At Datalayers, we want you to be fully satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we issue refunds and the process for requesting one.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described in your project agreement.
  • A critical technical failure occurred on our end that was not resolved within a reasonable time.
  • A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of the service delivery date.

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client.
  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window from delivery.
  • Cancellations initiated after work has already begun on a project.
  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences not outlined in the project brief.
  • Domain registration, hosting, or third-party service costs incurred on behalf of the client.
